Neighbors Emergency Center Edgemere Location Invites Community to Local Celebrity Pie Eating Contest for First Year Celebration

HOUSTON, Texas, October 31, 2016 – Time flies when you help others. The Neighbors Emergency Center Edgemere location will welcome the community to a One Year Celebration on Saturday, November 5. The event will be from 1 – 3 p.m. at the 12101 Edgemere Blvd. center. The family friendly activity will feature a local celebrity pie eating contest that will start at 2 pm.

Local personalities participating in the pie eating contest will be KVIA Channel 7 News Anchor Rick Cabrera, Socorro Independent School District Assistant Athletic Director Jim Nunn, and El Paso Fire Department Lieutenant Rick Marin. Radio KSII’s Trish Martinez will host live radio remotes at the celebration. The community is invited to watch the pie-square-off between El Paso’s funniest contestants and help the Neighbors Emergency Center Edgemere location commemorate their first year of service to the East El Paso community.
