How much does the Rapid COVID Test cost?
If you are using insurance, there will be no out-of-pocket cost for the test. If you are paying cash for the test, the test will be $175.

Is my COVID ER visit covered by insurance?
Coverage for COVID-related ER visits for those experiencing COVID symptoms or who have concern of exposure will vary based on your insurance policy.
What concerning COVID symptoms should I go to the ER for?
- shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- bluish lips or face
- fatigue or inability to wake or stay awake
- severe or persistent headache
- persistent nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
- chest pain
- new confusion
- significant generalized weakness
What do I do if I have symptoms of COVID?
Please call ahead and let us know prior to your appointment. Once you arrive, please remain in your car while we do the swab and provide you with results. If your symptoms are severe, we suggest you check in to our Emergency Room where we can assist you and test you there.
What do I do if I test positive for COVID?
If your results come back positive, we will advise you to self-isolate for at least 14 days. Please follow the CDC guidelines on what to do if you have COVID-19. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, we suggest you check in to our Emergency Room or go to your nearest hospital to get treatment.
Can anyone get tested?
Yes, we encourage all members of the family to get tested for COVID-19.
Do I need an appointment?
If you are not experiencing an emergency, you must have an appointment to be tested for COVID-19. If you are experiencing an emergency, please visit your nearest Neighbors Emergency Center as soon as possible--no appointment necessary.
