Today marks my second visit to this facility. This time I had a ladder incident wear my index finger was smashed. It hurt 72 hours after the accident so I decided to make a drive by visit. Yes, there are lots of forms (far to many for any type of visit)forms. Freeda helped get through this happily. My nurse Rebecca, was swift, courtious, and empathetic to my injury. Once my vitals were taken in the comfort of a spottless triage waiting room along came doctor Truong, who professionally diagnosed my injury and explained a couple of things that I was not aware of dealing with my type of injury Thanks for the simple explanation doc! To be on the safe side he sent in a nice lady named Myra, who took a few x-rays of my hand and finger. Quick and painless. Then the doc, returned and explained the injury did not include any fractures prescribed a shot for the pain and some pain killers to help with the throbing I felt in my finger. It started working right away. I feel this was very much the best outcome considering what it could have been. My advise guys, don't try to walk off any injury, bite the bullet. Some injuries can truly only be treated within a short time of the initial injury. Had I went within a few hours of this injury I could have had a faster recovery time. 2024 visit;  I just found this review was not posted from my very first visit in 2024; Other than the redundant forms you must fill out, not too bad. They were here when I needed help with my poison ivy and help I got. Not the most outgoing group of people but pleasant, and the service was a bit slow considering they took my vitals and gave me an oral steroid, cookies and a water taking less then 5 minutes but still sat around for about 1 hour of waiting for everything including my prescription. All I can say is that it sure was  better than Ben Taub, or LBJ

We left UMC because the wait time was gonna be absolutely ridiculous. We drove over here. They got us in in less than five minutes and we were out the door, saying taken care of. Everything was top-notch from start to finish in less than one hour. Amazing staff definitely would recommend to anyone who has urgent needs!
