Dr Hatch is a new doctor at this er and took extremely good care of my wife. My wife has an extremely bad phobia of anything involving health care and he made her feel extremely comfortable which no doctor has ever been able to do before. He was kind and patient and didnt make her feel judged. My wife made a comment saying she wished every doctor was like him! The wait time was short and the rest of the staff were great as well. I highly recommend this place for anything from emergencies to simple urgent care needs much better than the "urgent care" facilities in the area. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Walked in on a Sunday morning severe breathing problems. Front Desk gave immediate help. Very professional. The Entire Staff was very professional and so Nice. If you are looking for compassion, expertise, showing how they care for you and that they worry about how you feel if there's anything more they can do for you, then Regional Hospital in Livingston is the place to go. No matter what shift you go on they all compliment each other and work with each other instead of against each other and honestly do care about your welfare. Dr. Algilani, Bradley, RN, the receptionists and Ginger all were absolutely phenomenal. I have not seen this type of compassion, care, and professionalism from hospital ER professionals in a long time. From the time we walked through the door until the time we walked out the team at the facility was spot on! Thank you to Altus Community Healthcare for being so selective in your hiring process to give the exceptional care to my 80 year old MIL as we were 4 hours from home on our first day of vacation. You made our first day of vacation that was a bad day end as a pleasant experience because your team cared. Please keep making a difference in other peoples lives. They wouldn't run an EKG on my son who just had a seizure. He has family history of seizures on both sides of his family, and all they did was have him sleep. They also stated that he had a seizure due to a fever, he wasn't running a fever at all. These "professionals" wouldn't listen to me, someone who is knowledgeable about seizures, and who ALSO has training in the medical field. They kept trying to give any excuse in the world to try to justify why he had a seizure, but wouldn't run an EKG on him. I would never take my children here again, this was a horrible experience, and I won't be surprised if this hospital shuts down in the future.

I went in from food poisoning from salmon. I was seen immediately by staff and everyone from the front desk to my room made me feel well taken care of. Dr. A is wonderful and such a caring doctor is hard to find these days. I recommend Neighbor Regional Hospital!

The staff/ nurses are are very friendly but the provider is very rude. He literally wouldn't let me finish talking , walked out of the room right in the middle of me telling him something.
