Submitting Payment Online

Prior to starting the process, you will need to identify the following (found on your bill):

  • Your ACCOUNT NUMBER: located at the top right-hand corner of your bill.
  • Your STATEMENT ID #: located directly above your billing address.

Neighbors Emergency Center offers discounts for the prompt payment of charges for health services. A prompt pay discount may be provided to patients and payers (like insurance companies) to reward payment in full at the time of service. Please ask about the prompt pay discount at presentation of payment or contact any Neighbors Emergency Center facility. It is important to note that the prompt pay discount cannot be used in combination with any other offer or discount, such as health care insurance contractual adjustments, customer service adjustments and others.
