We always strive to be welcoming, compassionate, and respectful of our patients during any medical situation. Each of our emergency center locations features comfortable waiting areas and short wait times to make it easy for you to receive the care you need.
All of our locations feature experienced emergency room staff with board-certified and residency-trained ER physicians. Our staff are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
What if I need to be admitted to a hospital?
Neighbors Emergency Centers are outpatient departments of Altus Hospitals in Houston and Baytown. If you need to be admitted for a condition they treat, we can transfer you to the nearest Altus Hospital. Otherwise, we can set up transport for you to another hospital. You will be immediately admitted to a room, and do not have to go in through the ER. Your medical records will be provided to the hospital.
