No Surprise Medical Bills

We welcome all private insurance plans. While we may be considered an out-of-network provider, state and federal laws require insurance carriers to pay in-network benefits for emergency medical treatment.

You can use a prudent layperson’s standard to determine if your situation qualifies as an emergency. It’s important to review your insurance policy to understand your co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and other financial responsibilities. You may receive separate bills from the facility and from physicians (e.g., emergency physician, radiology).

We cannot bill Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare at our facility due to federal regulations. Although we do not participate nor are connected with any in-network payor, under the protection of the Federal and State laws, you are guaranteed coverage in a true emergency.
